In the Reports section, the reports created by the logged-in user are listed. If there are no reports, an image will be displayed to indicate this.

By clicking “New Report”, you can submit a report. You can choose the type of report to file: one concerning a POI, a route, or an APP malfunction.

If you select “POI” as the type, you can specify a specific POI from an additional dropdown menu containing the list of POIs. Similarly, if you select “Routes” as the type, an additional dropdown will display the list of routes, from which you can choose a specific route. If the selected type is “Software”, you can only enter a description of the issue.

Next, you must enter a description for the report; this field is required.

You may attach a file with a maximum size of 10 MB. Only text file types (Word, TXT, PDF, etc.) and image types (JPG, PNG, etc.) are allowed; executable files are not permitted. In addition, the file name must not contain spaces. If the file selected by the user does not meet these restrictions, the user will be notified with an appropriate message.

After the report is submitted, you will return to the list of reports.

From the list, you can access the details of each report; the description, the attached file, the processing status, and the user who submitted it will be displayed. Once a report has been submitted, no changes can be made.
