Within the application there is a section dedicated to Reports
By selecting “New Report”, it will be possible to submit a Report, you can choose the type of report you want to make: a report concerning a POI, concerning a route or an APP malfunction.
When selecting POI as the type, you will be able to specify a particular POI from an additional dropdown menu containing the list of POIs. Similarly, if you choose Routes as the type, an additional dropdown menu containing the list of routes will be displayed, from which you can choose a specific route. If the chosen type is software, you will only be able to enter a description of the issue.
As the next step, you will need to enter a description for the report: the description will be required as mandatory data.
You will be able to attach a file with a maximum size of 10 MB: only text file types (word, txt, pdf, etc.) and visual file types (jpg, png, etc.) will be allowed. Executable files will not be permitted, and the filename must not contain spaces. If the file selected by the user does not meet these restrictions, the user will be notified with an appropriate message.
After submitting the report, you will return to the list of reports.
From the list it will be possible to access the details of each report, the description, attached file, processing status and the user who submitted it will be displayed: once a report has been submitted it will not be possible to make changes.
Each submitted report will be subject to a processing workflow: a group of users responsible for processing reports will receive an email every time a report is submitted. One of the designated users will be able to take charge of the report and decide whether it is valid, to proceed with processing, or to simply discard it.
